The Claas Tucano is a family of mid-class combine harvesters that sits between the compact Avero and the flagship Lexion. The Tucano line is designed as a universal solution for farms requiring high productivity while maintaining flexible settings. The CEMOS AUTOMATIC system optimizes threshing, cleaning, and separation settings automatically, constantly adjusting them in response to changes in grain moisture or mass density. The operator simply sets a priority (e.g., grain cleanliness or loss minimization), and the automation handles the rest.

Maintenance and Reliability

Claas Tucano is designed to minimize daily maintenance time. All lubrication points and service panels are grouped in easily accessible locations. The self-diagnostic system displays fault codes on the screen, allowing the operator to identify potential issues before they become critical. Drive components, including belt drives and variators, are made from high-strength materials resistant to the abrasive effects of dust and straw, significantly extending service intervals.
