BROTHER CORNISHAIK

Cucumber "Brother CornishaiK" is a medium-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid that begins bearing fruit 51-55 days after emergence of seedlings. Due to the absence of need for pollination, this variety is ideal for cultivation in greenhouses, as well as in open ground and under temporary film cover. Plants possess strong immunity and genetic resistance to major fungal diseases, contributing to stable and high yields.

The hybrid is characterized by a cluster-type fruit set, where a bunch of 2-3 cucumbers forms in the axil of each leaf. Short internodes promote high planting density and increased yield per square meter. Cucumbers are small in size, finely ribbed, covered with a dense network of small bumps. The flesh is crisp, free of bitterness, with a distinctly cucumber aroma. Fruits are versatile in use: they are excellent for fresh salads as well as for canning.

The variety features uniform fruit shape, neat appearance, and juiciness. It is resistant to adverse weather conditions, tolerates cold periods and weather fluctuations well. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to follow standard agronomic practices, including seed soaking before sowing and proper plant care, which ensures high germination rate and healthy plant development.
