CHINESE STICKS

Cucumber 'Chinese Sticks' is a high-yielding parthenocarpic early-maturing hybrid, distinguished by its excellent fruit quality and high productivity. Harvesting begins as early as 45-48 days after germination, allowing for the quick availability of fresh vegetables. The plants are predominantly female-flowering with a small number of male flowers, which helps regulate crop load and form beautiful, straight fruits 35 to 50 cm long.

The cucumbers have a thin skin, dense flesh, and excellent aroma, making them ideal for preparing fresh summer salads. The hybrid is characterized by its sweet taste and high yield, reaching 11-12 kg per square meter. Due to its characteristics, 'Chinese Sticks' is recommended for cultivation in greenhouses, under plastic coverings, and also suitable for open ground.

Special attention has been given to the hybrid's resistance to major cucumber diseases such as true and false powdery mildew, cladosporiosis, and cucumber mosaic virus (CMV). This ensures a stable and high-quality harvest even under adverse conditions, reducing the need for frequent protective treatments and increasing the economic efficiency of cultivation.
