CONIL

CONIL is an early parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid with a vegetative period of 47-50 days, characterized by a strong, vigorous plant with a cluster-type fruit formation. Cucumbers have a cylindrical shape with small bumps and a length of 7-13 cm, weighing 65-75 grams. The fruits have a pleasant, rich aroma and excellent flavor without bitterness, making them ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and pickling.

The CONIL hybrid exhibits high resistance to major cucumber diseases, including powdery mildew, downy mildew, false powdery mildew, root rot, and cucumber mosaic virus. Thanks to this, it demonstrates high productivity and a stable yield both in spring and autumn plantings. One to two fruits form at each node, which contributes to good fruit set and abundant fruiting.

For cultivation, seeds are sown in soil heated to 14-15°C at a depth of 2-3 cm, after which the seedlings are recommended to be covered with plastic film. Seedlings are transplanted into the ground after the threat of frost has passed. Plant care includes regular weeding, loosening, watering with warm water after sunset, and fertilization, which promotes the development of healthy and robust plants. CONIL easily withstands high temperatures and adverse weather conditions, making it a universal and reliable choice for gardeners.
