EGORKA

Cucumber EGORKA is an early-maturing hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. Plants are medium-height, weakly branching, predominantly female-flowering, ensuring stable and synchronized fruiting 38-45 days after germination. Cucumbers have a cylindrical shape with large bumps and white hairs, 8-10 cm long and 80-95 g in weight. They feature a vibrant green color, dense and crisp light-green flesh, and a slightly sweet taste without bitterness, making them suitable for fresh consumption and preservation.

The EGORKA hybrid boasts high marketability, reaching 90-96%, and yields 6-6.5 kg per square meter. It is resistant to major cucumber diseases, including cucumber mosaic virus, true powdery mildew, and tolerant to false powdery mildew, significantly simplifying care and increasing crop reliability. Due to its parthenocarpic growth type, the hybrid does not require pollination, which is especially important for greenhouse and greenhouse cultivation.

Seed sowing is recommended in April for seedlings, and transplanting into the ground should occur in May-June at soil temperatures no lower than 15 °C. Planting depth is 1.5-2 cm. Compact bushes with cluster-type fruiting provide ease of care and harvest. Cucumber EGORKA is suitable for diverse uses, including salads and preservation, thanks to its excellent flavor and high disease resistance.
