EXPRESS

Cucumber variety Express is a fast-maturing hybrid developed for early harvest, starting from 36-43 days after seedlings emergence. The plant is indeterminate, medium-height with limited branching, which simplifies care and harvest. Fruits have oval or cylindrical shape, 10-13 cm long and weighing 80-120 grams. They are dark green, with frequent medium bumps and white spines, possessing excellent taste and no bitterness, making them suitable for fresh salads, pickling and canning.

Hybrid Express shows high resistance to various diseases, including cucumber mosaic virus, cladosporiosis, powdery mildew, downy mildew and olive spot. This ensures stable yield even under adverse weather conditions. The plant is female-flowering with clustered fruit set, forming 1-2 small fruits per node, promoting uniform and abundant fruiting. Marketable yield reaches up to 13.9 kg per square meter in polyethylene greenhouses, with up to 95% of the harvest being high-quality produce.

For successful cultivation of Express variety, regular watering, weeding, soil loosening and feeding with complex mineral fertilizers are recommended. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in open ground, under temporary plastic cover and in polyethylene greenhouses. Due to its characteristics and stress resistance, this variety is an excellent choice for obtaining early and high cucumber yields with outstanding taste qualities.
