FENG SHUI F1 — a medium-maturing parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid that begins fruiting 42-48 days after germination. This variety belongs to the Asian type and is intended for spring and late-summer/autumn cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses. Plants are vigorous with large dark green leaves and above-average branching. Flowering is predominantly female, with occasional male flowers; 1-2 fruits form in each node.
FENG SHUI fruits have an elongated-cylindrical shape with a small stem, measuring 27-30 cm in length and 4.0-4.5 cm in diameter, weighing 300-330 g. Fruit color is dark green with short light stripes, large bumps arranged densely, and white spines. The flesh is dense, crisp, and aromatic, providing excellent taste qualities. Thanks to these characteristics, the cucumbers are suitable for long-distance transportation.
The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major diseases such as cladosporeiosis, true powdery mildew, cucumber mosaic virus, and root rots, as well as moderate resistance to false powdery mildew.
