MILLIONAIRE

The cucumber variety MILLIONAIRE is an early parthenocarpic hybrid with a female flowering type, intended for intensive cultivation of cornichons and pickles with fruit lengths ranging from 4 to 12 cm. The fruits have large bumps and white spines, are juicy, crisp, and free of bitterness, making them ideal for pickling, preserving, and fresh consumption. A notable feature of this variety is the ability to harvest even unpollinated small fruits, which retain high flavor quality and density.

The MILLIONAIRE hybrid is characterized by high yield due to its super-bunching fruiting type, where up to 10 fruits form in a single node with sequential fruit set. Under good pollination, almost all fruit set develops into fruits, ensuring a stable and abundant harvest. It is recommended to plant no more than two plants per square meter, as the plants have limited branching and form compact bushes.

The variety is resistant to cucumber mosaic virus, cladosporiosis, olive spot disease, and tolerant to powdery mildew and false powdery mildew. It is suitable for cultivation in open ground, under temporary film coverings, and in polyethylene greenhouses, including isolated and winter greenhouses, where parthenocarpic cucumbers can develop without pollination.
