Description
REPPER exhibits high resistance to major cucumber diseases, including cucumber mosaic virus and olive spot (cladosporiosis), and also shows tolerance to false powdery mildew. Plants recover quickly from stressful conditions such as infrequent watering, heat, short-term cold spells, and fungal diseases. Due to its compact, trailing growth form and small leaves, cucumber REPPER tolerates low air humidity and insufficient light, expanding its cultivation potential both in open fields and in plastic greenhouses.
The hybrid forms 1–2 fruiting nodes per leaf axil, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield throughout the entire growing season. Plants are medium-branched with dark green foliage, have a prolonged fruiting period, and maintain a stable length-to-diameter ratio of fruits until harvest completion. REPPER is low-maintenance, early-maturing, and possesses excellent flavor qualities, making it an outstanding choice for both fresh market sales and preservation.
