Zelenika

Zelenika F1 is an early parthenocarpic hybrid of cornichon type, intended for cultivation both in protected and open ground. From germination to the start of fruiting, it takes 39–41 days, allowing for an early harvest. The plant exhibits a vegetative-generative development type, which promotes the formation of high-quality fruits throughout the fruiting period.

The fruits of Zelenika cucumber have a cylindrical shape, dark green color, length of 9–11 cm, and weight from 85 to 105 grams. They are medium-ribbed, white-stemmed, do not overgrow, and are free of bitterness, making them particularly attractive to consumers. One to three fruits form per node, ensuring uniform harvest. The hybrid has excellent taste qualities and good transportability, making it suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and canning.

Zelenika F1 exhibits high resistance to stressful conditions and temperature fluctuations, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. Additionally, the hybrid is resistant to diseases such as cladosporeiosis, true powdery mildew, and cucumber mosaic virus. Recommended for cultivation in all types of greenhouses and in open ground. Yield: over 25 kg per square meter in greenhouses and 12–14 kg per square meter in open ground.
