GARDENER'S DREAM

Gardener's Dream is a mid-season eggplant variety intended for growing in open ground and under film coverings, especially in southern regions. The vegetation period is from 110 to 118 days from full germination to fruiting. The plant is medium-sized and requires formation by removing side shoots and leaves up to the first fork for optimal growth and fruiting. Sowing for seedlings is recommended at the end of February, pricking out at the seedling leaf stage, and planting seedlings at the end of May with a planting scheme of 40x60 cm.

Fruits of the Gardener's Dream variety have a cylindrical shape, length of 30-38 cm and diameter of 6-8 cm, weighing from 300 to 500 g and more. They are dark purple in color with a glossy surface, thin and tender skin. The flesh is creamy, dense, without bitterness, with a small seed cavity. Thanks to their taste qualities, eggplants of this variety are ideal for preparing vegetable appetizers, stuffed rolls, and caviar, making them versatile in home cooking.
