A dual-component fungicide with systemic and contact action for protecting cereal and industrial crops.
Description
Synergy of two components: how Anzor works
The efficacy of the fungicide 'Anzor' is based on the combination of two active substances: azoxystrobin (a strobilurin group member) and tebuconazole (a triazole). This combination covers both contact spectrum impact and provides a powerful systemic effect, allowing for the suppression of pathogens at various stages of their development.
Technical composition breakdown
The product's performance is driven by two specific mechanisms:
- Azoxystrobin blocks mitochondrial respiration in fungal cells, depriving the pathogen of energy. It offers a pronounced protective effect, preventing spore germination on the leaf surface.
- Tebuconazole inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in the fungal cell membranes. It penetrates the plant tissues rapidly, providing a curative effect, which is critical when disease symptoms are already present.
The suspension concentrate formulation ensures optimal adhesion and stability of the working solution, minimizing losses when treating crops such as soybeans, sunflowers, and winter wheat.
Practical application aspects
Anzor is effective against a broad spectrum of fungal threats, including alternariosis, phoma, phomopsis, septoria, downy mildew, and powdery mildew. The systemic nature of the product allows it to protect not just treated areas, but also new growth of the crop.
When using the product, it is crucial to follow the guidelines: the application rate varies from 0.5 to 1.0 L/ha depending on the level of infection and the crop's growth stage. Up to 2 treatments per season are allowed, with a mandatory 30-day pre-harvest interval (PHI). Classified as hazard class 3, the product demonstrates high performance and compatibility in tank mixtures.
