Mechanism of Action: Systemic Protection

«Fluter KS» is a systemic fungicide based on flutriafol, a triazole compound known for its rapid translocation within plant tissues. Unlike strictly contact fungicides that remain on the leaf surface, flutriafol is absorbed and moves acropetally (from the base to the tip), ensuring the protection of new growth in wheat and barley, which is critical during the active vegetation stage.

Formulation and Application Efficiency

The Suspension Concentrate (SC) formulation provides optimal stability and consistency in the spray tank. The fine-milled active ingredient particles ensure uniform coverage across the foliage. Upon application, the product forms a film that is resistant to wash-off by rain, allowing for prolonged protective activity against fungal pathogens.

Technical Specifications

• Disease Spectrum: Effectively controls Septoria, Cercospora, Phoma, Rhynchosporium, and Powdery Mildew.
• Application Rate: Recommended dosage is 0.5–0.75 L/ha, depending on the infection pressure and crop development stage.
• Treatment Guidelines: Up to 2 applications per season are permitted. The pre-harvest interval (PHI) is 20–30 days, ensuring safe usage on cereals and fodder beet crops.

The fungicide works by inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol in fungal cells. This metabolic disruption effectively halts mycelial growth and prevents spore germination, providing a rapid «stop-effect» on active infections. This dual action makes it a robust solution for maintaining crop health and maximizing yield potential.
