Mechanism of action: systemic and contact effects

The product functions on two levels, which is critical for managing hard-to-reach pests:

• Systemic action: The insecticide is absorbed by the plant and blocks nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the pest's nervous system. This results in the cessation of feeding and subsequent mortality of pests hiding in leaf axils or on the underside of leaves.
• Contact effect: It provides an immediate 'knockdown' effect upon contact, which is crucial during high-density infestations of Colorado potato beetles or aphids.

Application versatility

The water-dispersible granule formulation ensures the rapid creation of a uniform working solution, preventing sprayer nozzle clogging. The product demonstrates exceptional efficiency across two application methods:

• Foliar application: An optimal solution for controlling leaf-eating pests on tomatoes, eggplants, apples, and various vegetable crops.
