Cervel «Dietary» – an early-season variety that begins yielding fresh aromatic leaves as soon as 20‑25 days after germination. The plant height is 30–35 cm, with a compact shape, making it ideal for planting in small gardens or containers. The plant prefers semi-shaded locations and does not require much attention, adapting well to conditions with limited sunlight and warmth.

The variety's leaves possess a light anise sweetness, with an aroma combining notes of parsley and fennel. They are perfect for use in salads, appetizers, meat dishes, and sauces, imparting a fresh spicy note to dishes. Cervel «Dietary» can also be used in home cooking before flowering – as a spicy seasoning, as well as for pickling and canning.

The variety grows quickly: from full germination to green harvest takes 20–25 days, and until the start of flowering – about 70 days. Leaves are of medium size, green in color, triply-pinnatifid with a serrated margin. The plant is cold-hardy and can be grown in open ground, where yield reaches 5.0–5.4 kg/sq.m. Thanks to its compactness and early maturity, Cervel «Dietary» allows creating your own seed stock for subsequent sowings.
