OLIINA 1

Oliina 1 is a variety of honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L.) with a medium ripening period and universal use for both fresh consumption and industrial processing. The bushes are of medium height and density, with slightly sprawling growth and curved shoots covered with a grayish bloom. The leaves are dark green, matte, with stipules, and the inflorescences are bi-colored – yellow with reddish veins.

The berries of the Oliina 1 variety are of medium size (up to 1 g), have a pear shape, and are often curved like a crescent. The skin is blue, medium thickness, smooth, and sometimes covered with a light bluish-white bloom. The taste is sour-sweet, without bitterness, with a weak aroma.
