Argon

Argon parsley is a high-yielding, vigorously growing variety developed by Enza Zaden from the Netherlands. It features strong vertical growth, sturdy stems, and broad, smooth, dark green leaves. This variety boasts excellent flavor and a spicy aroma, making it ideal for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and harvesting as bunches or by weight.

Argon is suitable for cultivation in both open and protected soil, and it grows well in containers and pots. It thrives in light, fertile soil and sunny locations. Seeds are sown directly into the ground in late April; for continuous harvests, sowing is repeated every 14 days. Additionally, seeds can be sown in late October for spring harvests.
