Thousand-grain weight varies from 268 to 281 grams, indicating seed size and quality.

Kharkivskiy 302 variety exhibits high resistance to a range of common diseases, including fusarium, septoria, ascochytosis, and rust. Such resistance significantly reduces the risk of yield losses and decreases the need for frequent application of chemical plant protection products.
