SIBERIAN BABY PUMPKIN

The 'Siberian Baby' pumpkin variety belongs to mid-season types and is characterized by a trailing growth habit with a long main vine. The fruits have a flat-round shape with a short neck and weak segmentation. Their coloration is dark orange-brown with a waxy bloom, and the weight varies from 2.0 to 2.5 kg. The flesh is orange, of medium thickness, crunchy, firm, and juicy, providing an excellent taste and making the variety attractive for culinary use.

This variety is distinguished by its good transportability and ability to maintain marketable quality for 110 days after harvest, allowing the crop to be stored for a long time without loss of taste and external characteristics. Thanks to these properties, 'Siberian Baby' is suitable both for home use and for market sales.

Growing recommendations include the need to leave 2-3 fruits on the plant for normal maturation, as well as pinching the vines. Under conditions of increased soil moisture in autumn, it is recommended to place flat stones under the fruits to improve the maturation process. Harvest should be completed before the onset of frost to preserve fruit quality.
