Slava F1

The Slava F1 pumpkin variety is a new hybrid of large muscat pumpkin, developed based on the old French variety Sucrine du Berry. The fruits have a pear-shaped form and can weigh up to 10 kg, although smaller specimens are more commonly encountered. The fruit's outer color changes from dark green to straw-yellow and finally to ochre as it ripens. The plant is long-vining with a slender subwoody peduncle, which facilitates harvesting. Fruits can be harvested before full ripening, as they ripen well during storage without losing their qualities.

The flesh of Slava F1 pumpkin is characterized by a bright orange color, a tender and soft texture, and a sweet flavor with subtle notes of melon, cinnamon, and vanilla. It is not mealy, making this variety especially attractive for culinary use. The flesh is rich in carotene and vitamins, enhancing its nutritional value. Thanks to its excellent storability, the fruits are suitable for long-term storage and can be used for making juices, baby food, and other culinary processing.

This variety is medium-maturing, with technical ripening occurring after 150-155 days. It is resistant to pests and diseases, which simplifies cultivation and increases yield.
