LAUREAT is a type 00 winter rape (Brassica napus var. napus) variety, characterized by the absence of erucic acid and low glucosinolate content, making its product safe and in demand for the food industry as well as for animal feeding. The plant is of medium height with long pods and medium-width leaves, features synchronous flowering and uniform ripening. The vegetative period is approximately 320-332 days, corresponding to a medium-maturing type, with average flowering time. The mass of 1000 seeds varies from 3.7 to 5.2 grams, oil content in seeds reaches 45-48%, and protein content is 23.1-24.6%, ensuring high nutritional value and seed utilization efficiency.

The LAUREAT variety exhibits high winter hardiness (approximately 4.2 points) and resistance to lodging (4.5 points), allowing for successful cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Central and North Caucasian regions. Rape is adapted to ecological conditions, demonstrates plasticity and yield stability, which averages 23.4-35 c/ha, with maximum indicators up to 57 c/ha.
