Karin — a tea-hybrid variety with a distinct pink-coral hue and rich fragrance. The flowers have a classic shape characteristic of top-tier tea-hybrid roses, reaching 12-15 cm in diameter. On most stems, one large, fully double bud with approximately 40 petals develops, though occasionally clusters of 2-3 flowers form. Petals retain their vibrant color even under direct sunlight, making the blooms especially attractive in the garden and when cut.

Karin rose bushes are large and vigorous, with sturdy stems reaching 90-110 cm in height. Leaves are dark green, leathery, and dense, contributing to the plant’s good immunity. Blooming occurs in 2-3 waves during the season, each wave as abundant as the first. The rose exhibits good winter hardiness (zone 6, down to -23°C), though young plants are recommended to be deeply mulched in autumn to protect against frost.

To successfully grow Karin rose, well-drained, well-aerated soils and sufficient sunlight are required. The plant is disease-resistant and tolerates winter well with proper protection, preventing fungal issues during temperature fluctuations. This variety is ideal for garden decoration and cut flower production, combining decorative appeal, fragrance, and low-maintenance care.
