Description
Arga is intended for grain-fodder use, characterized by a high grain yield, reaching an average of 24.3 c/ha and a maximum of 72.2 c/ha. The variety contains a low amount of water-soluble pentosans, which positively affects grain quality. It is sown mainly on black fallows with the application of coulter plowing, which contributes to optimal plant development and increased productivity.
In addition to the grain direction, the Arga variety is used for early green fodder production. Studies have shown that the green mass of this variety has high nutritional value, making it universal in agriculture of the region. Green fodder preparation dates are selected to maximize preservation of the plant's nutritional properties, which contributes to effective livestock feeding.
