WINTERHOCK

Annual Ryegrass variety "WINTERHOCK" is a highly effective turf grass designed to create dense and durable coverage. Seeds of this variety are grown in a mixture with annual legume grasses, ensuring good green mass and hay suitable both as animal feed and pasture cover. Upon sowing, the seed germinates quickly, forming one embryonic root; tillering begins at the 3-4 leaf stage, and with the broadcasting sowing method, plants develop 3 to 6 stems during the growth phase.

"WINTERHOCK" is distinguished by high yield: hay can reach 6–7 t/ha per year, green mass – 20–25 t/ha, and seeds – 0.5–0.6 t/ha. The variety is characterized by good resistance to trampling and quick recovery after mowing, making it an ideal choice for lawns, sports fields, and pastures.
