The seeds have a reddish-brown hue; the mass of 1000 seeds ranges from 1.55 to 1.64 g, and the fat content reaches 41.3%. Thanks to these properties, summer camelina is widely used as a source of edible and technical oil, as well as feed meal and cake.
The crop is characterized by a strongly developed rosette, yellow flowers, and elongated pear-shaped pods. There is no hairiness on the upper side of the leaf, and the leaf edges are not cut, which facilitates the processing of sown areas. The vegetation period is 78 days, and the seed yield is 25.5 c/ha.
Camelina shows high resistance to lodging (4.9 points), shattering (4.7 points), and drought (4.7 points), making it suitable for industrial cultivation technology. The variety demonstrates a strong tendency for inflorescence formation when sown at the end of the optimal spring term, ensuring a stable yield even with slight fluctuations in growing conditions.
