Hybrid silage sorghum ADV F8322 is a premium product from the EMPYR line, designed for producing high-quality silage. Plant height varies from 170 to 180 cm depending on the growing region. Thanks to shortened internodes, the hybrid forms an optimal ratio of leaf and panicle mass to stem mass, which contributes to improved feed quality. Starch content in plants reaches 31.5-32%, enhancing digestibility and nutritional value of silage. Compared to corn silage, using ADV F8322 can increase milk production by 9-11%.

To achieve maximum yield, it is recommended to harvest plants in the milk-to-wax ripening stage of grain, when dry matter content is around 30-32%. With traditional cultivation methods, the hybrid yields 75-85 tons of green mass per hectare or 25-27 tons per hectare of dry matter. ADV F8322 is characterized by high resistance to lodging and drought conditions, as well as sufficient protection against pests such as Melanaphis sacchari and Schizaphis graminum, reducing the need for insecticides.
