LUCIA is an early-maturing soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) variety with a growing season of approximately 103 days. The plant is indeterminate, of medium height, and features distinctive characteristics: a hypocotyl with anthocyanin pigmentation, reddish-brown stem pubescence, and purple flowers. Seeds are yellow with a yellow hilum; the mass of 1000 seeds is 125 g. Protein content in seeds reaches 36.5%, and oil content is 23.3%. Average yield in the region is 17.2 c/ha, while a maximum yield of 26.5 c/ha was recorded in the Republic of Mordovia.
