RESIMAX

RESIMAX is a single-seed diploid hybrid sugar beet, developed on a sterile NE-type basis. It belongs to mid-early varieties and is distinguished by high yield and sugar content in the roots. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Central Black Earth, North Caucasus, Ural, Western Siberia, and Middle Volga regions. Depending on the region, root yield varies from 255 to 697 centners per hectare, with sugar content reaching 19.6%, ensuring high sugar collection of up to 106 centners per hectare. The mass of one root is approximately 838 grams, and the shape is oval-conical.

The RESIMAX hybrid possesses resistance to root borer and root rots, which significantly enhances its reliability and reduces yield losses. The plant is of medium height, which facilitates agronomic operations. Thanks to a well-developed root system capable of penetrating up to 2.5 meters deep, the crop demonstrates good drought tolerance, which is particularly important under variable moisture conditions.

Sugar beet RESIMAX is a heat-loving and heat-resistant crop, with an optimal temperature for growth and development of 20-22°C, although photosynthesis continues effectively even at temperatures above 40°C. The plant's water dependence is particularly high during the period of intensive root growth in July-August, when water demand is maximum. Lack of moisture during this period can lead to increased nitrogen content in the roots, which negatively affects raw material quality. Thus, the hybrid requires a rational water regime to achieve maximum productivity and quality.
