Arthur sunflower is a high-yielding hybrid with high drought and disease resistance, including various races of downy mildew (A–G and above). This mid-season hybrid is characterized by stable yield and high oil content in seeds, reaching 47–54%, making it profitable for vegetable oil production. High tolerance to diseases and pests ensures reliability and resilience of crops under various climatic conditions.

The Arthur hybrid is recommended for cultivation in forest-steppe and steppe zones, including northern and central regions as well as the Polissia region. It is suitable for traditional cultivation technologies as well as Clearfield and Classic systems, expanding its application potential in agrotechnology. Optimal planting density varies depending on moisture conditions and ranges from 45,000 to 60,000 plants per hectare, which helps maximize yield potential, reaching 53–58 centners per hectare.

The height of Arthur sunflower plants is approximately 175–185 cm, ensuring good development and seed formation. Due to its high oil and protein content (up to 19%), this hybrid is an excellent choice for producing high-quality sunflower oil and for feed purposes. Seed packaging is typically done in paper bags with a quantity of about 150,000 seeds, which is convenient for farmers.
