Nabaro

Nabaro is a classic seven-row sunflower hybrid of Serbian selection, intended for cultivation in dry steppe and forest-steppe zones. It is characterized by high yield potential up to 53 centners per hectare and high technological efficiency, making it popular among farmers. The hybrid has high plasticity and stability, enabling successful adaptation to various climatic conditions, including drought and heat.

Nabaro plants have a medium vegetation period of about 105 days and an average height of 160-170 cm. The sunflower head is flat-shaped with a diameter of 21-23 cm and slightly inclined downward. The seeds are large with high oil content — around 53%, ensuring high oil yield. The hybrid is resistant to a broad spectrum of diseases, including fusarium, rust, false powdery mildew, gray and white rot, as well as sunflower moth and seed shattering.

The recommended plant density at harvest is 55-60 thousand per hectare for forest-steppe zones and 50-55 thousand for steppe zones. Due to its combination of high yield, resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses, and excellent adaptability, Nabaro is a reliable choice for efficient and stable sunflower production under challenging climatic conditions.
