Reyna

Reyna sunflower is an early-maturing Turkish hybrid distinguished by high drought and disease resistance, including white and gray mold, frogepsis, and eight strains of downy mildew. Thanks to Turkish breeding focused on solving drought and downy mildew issues, this hybrid successfully grows under challenging climatic conditions, such as the Donetsk, Zaporozhskaya, Dnepropetrovsk, and Kherson regions. Plant height reaches 160-170 cm, and the vegetation period is 105-110 days, allowing for harvest at optimal times.

Reyna sunflower seeds have a 1000-seed mass of 65-70 g and a thousand kernel weight of 410-430 g/l. Oil content in the seeds is 48-50%, ensuring high oil yield and economic efficiency of cultivation. The flower head is small but fully filled with seeds, contributing to stable yield. Average yield in Ukraine reaches 30.5 ц/га, and the hybrid demonstrates excellent resistance to lodging and pathogens, guaranteeing healthy and reliable plants.

Reyna sunflower is suitable for sowing in steppe and forest-steppe zones, ensuring high profitability and resilience to adverse weather conditions. Its characteristics make this hybrid popular among farmers aiming to achieve a stable and quality yield under variable climate and complex soil-climatic conditions.
