KHB-ROB

Winter triticale variety KHB-ROB is a grain crop that combines the best qualities of wheat and rye. This variety is intended for use in the food industry, as well as for feed and technical purposes. Due to its high protein content (13.8%) and high-quality chemical characteristics, the grain is suitable for the production of flour, bread, cookies and other food products. In addition, KHB-ROB triticale is used for the production of alcohol and animal feed, which makes it a versatile agricultural product.

The plant is characterized by medium height and an erect stem with a strong waxy coating on the sheath of the flag leaf. The head is long, narrow, dense and fully awned, with increased grain filling, which ensures good threshability. The grain is red, elongated, of wheat type, and has high physical indicators: the mass of 1000 grains is 42.7 g, the grain purity is 771 g/l. Starch content reaches 66.7%, and gluten - 23.8%, which contributes to excellent technological properties during processing.

Variety KHB-ROB is characterized by high productivity and adaptability to various climatic conditions. It is resistant to such diseases as yellow rust, powdery mildew and brown rust, and also has high resistance to drought and lodging. It is recommended for cultivation on medium and low agro-background after spike-bearing and tillage predecessors with a sowing rate of 2.5-3.5 million viable seeds per hectare. The average yield of the variety is 48.4 c/ha, with maximum indicators up to 78.1 c/ha, which makes it a profitable choice for agricultural producers.
