Triticale variety Vsevolod is a cereal crop obtained by crossing wheat and rye, which ensures high yield and resistance to adverse conditions. This variety was registered in the State Register of Plant Varieties in 2009 and is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia and Forest-Steppe regions. Vsevolod is a mid-early maturing variety, with a maturity period of 98-102 days, and plant height ranging from 82 to 93 cm.

The variety exhibits high resistance to lodging and shattering, rated at 8-9 points, as well as good drought resistance (8 points). Over the years of testing, Vsevolod showed low susceptibility to major diseases and pests, making it a reliable choice for farmers. Average yield in the Forest-Steppe region is 31.6 c/ha, reaching 38.2 c/ha in Polissia. The grain of this variety contains 13.1-14.4% protein, indicating its high quality.

Triticale Vsevolod is widely used in agriculture as a feed crop due to its good feed qualities. The grain can be used not only for animal feed but also in the production of starch, brewing malt, and bioethanol. Due to its adaptability to various climatic conditions and soil types, this variety is popular among farmers aiming to achieve a stable and high-quality harvest.
