Telenomus laeviusculus is a parasitoid belonging to the family Platygastridae within the order Hymenoptera. Unlike direct phytophagous pests that feed on plant tissues, this species functions primarily as an egg parasitoid. This species is commonly associated with cereal crops, maize, and various vegetable species.
