Propisochlor

Propisochlor is a systemic soil-applied herbicide belonging to the chloroacetanilide chemical class. It acts as a powerful tool in modern agricultural practices, providing protection for various crops during the critical early stages of development by preventing weed competition.

The mode of action for propisochlor involves the inhibition of cell division and the disruption of protein and lipid metabolism in target weed species.
