Titan

TITAN is a spring barley of universal purpose, boasting high yields of over 110 c/ha. It is characterized by high tillering and density of the agro-fytocenosis, which promotes effective use of the sown area. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 42 to 51 grams, while grain quality is confirmed by a high yield of groats (43.0-48.3%) and grain uniformity (90.0-99.2%). Protein content in the grain ranges from 9.7 to 12.6%, making this variety valuable for both food and feed purposes.

Agronomic characteristics of the TITAN variety include medium maturity and medium height, resistance to lodging and grain shedding. It possesses medium frost hardiness and high drought resistance, allowing for successful cultivation in various climatic conditions. Additionally, the variety is tolerant to soil acidity and demonstrates high resistance to main foliar and stem diseases, reducing the risks of yield loss and the need for intensive application of plant protection means.
