Lisichka-Sestrichka

Lisichka-Sestritchka vegetable bean is an early-maturing high-yielding variety with bush plants reaching 45-50 cm in height. This variety is characterized by simultaneous ripening of pods, which reach 15-20 cm in length and about 1 cm in width. The pods are sweet, without a parchment layer and fibers, ensuring excellent taste qualities and making the bean especially suitable for home cooking, canning, and freezing.

The period from germination to technical maturity is approximately 45-55 days, after which harvesting can begin. Each plant forms 35 to 40 pods, with a yield reaching 2.4-2.6 kg per square meter. For planting, seeds are recommended to be soaked until swelling and sown directly into the open ground at a depth of 2-3 cm. After seedlings appear, thinning is performed, along with ensuring timely watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilizing to maintain plant health.

The Lisichka-Sestritchka variety is undemanding in care and grows well even at low temperatures, allowing the bean to be grown in home conditions and on a cottage plot. The crop ripens quickly and simultaneously, and after boiling, the bean does not increase significantly in size, making the broth rich and tasty. Using self-sown seeds allows for harvesting over several years, making this variety convenient and economical for gardeners.
