Description
The crop maturity period ranges from 50 to 69 days, enabling relatively quick harvest. The plants are resistant to several common diseases affecting leguminous crops, including mosaic virus, anthracnose, and bacterial blight, ensuring stable and high-quality yields. For successful cultivation, the bean requires a nutrient-rich, light, and well-heated substrate with an optimal temperature of 25–30°C.
Pop Top bean is widely used in home cooking and is suitable for boiling, stewing, freezing, and canning. It is recommended to sow seeds directly at a depth of 3–4 cm with spacing of 40–45×8–15 cm from late April to early May, once the threat of frost has passed. Due to its excellent flavor and nutritional value, this variety is ideal for preparing soups, side dishes, and other dishes.
