Momentum is a medium-early snap bean variety known for its high yield and resilience to unfavorable growing conditions. The plant is robust and upright, reaching a height of approximately 40-45 cm, which facilitates care and harvest. The maturation period ranges from 56 to 61 days, allowing the variety to be used for both spring and summer planting. Momentum exhibits high resistance to common bean mosaic virus (BCMV) and other diseases, as well as to flowering at elevated temperatures, promoting stable and uniform fruiting. The bean pods are dark green, 12-14 cm long, straight or slightly curved, fleshy, and round in cross-section. They lack a tough parchment layer and fibers, making them particularly tender and juicy. Thanks to these qualities, Momentum beans are ideal for fresh consumption, as well as canning and thermal processing.
