Description
The variety is distinguished by its early maturation period — 45-55 days from germination to the start of harvesting. High marketable yield reaches 0.73-1.5 kg per square meter. The bean is resistant to diseases and pests, which contributes to a stable and quality harvest. Sowing is recommended in open ground at the end of May to early June, at a depth of about 3 cm with a row spacing of 10x50 cm.
Tatiana bean is versatile in application: it is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and freezing. Thanks to its taste qualities and tender structure, the beans are widely used in cooking for preparing side dishes, salads, soups and other dishes. This variety will be an excellent choice for those who value early harvest and high product quality.
