Cilema F1 cabbage is a medium-early, high-yielding hybrid developed by breeders of the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. This variety is well adapted to various climatic conditions and suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments. It is recommended to grow it as seedlings or by direct sowing of seeds into the soil; for an early harvest, greenhouses or temporary covers made of plastic or agrofiber are optimal. A strong root system provides drought resistance, while high tolerance to fusarium and thrips contributes to maintaining crop health in field conditions. Cilema F1 cabbage heads are round, with a dense, attractive dark green outer leaf. Heads are compact, firm, smooth, with a small core, weighing between 1.5 and 4 kg depending on growing conditions and planting density.
