White cabbage of the hybrid variety «Gaaga» is a mid-season vegetable, ripening 90-97 days after seedling planting. The heads have an oval-round shape and weigh from 4 to 4.5 kg, reaching up to 6-7 kg under favorable conditions. Leaves are deep green, slightly wavy with a waxy coating, forming a sprawling rosette with a diameter of up to 80 cm. The inner texture of the head is white, with dense layers of thin leaves, ensuring high quality during shredding and excellent taste characteristics both fresh and when pickled.

Mature heads have a long storage period on the plant — up to 30-40 days, without cracking and maintaining marketable appearance. This allows for effective harvest planning and reduces losses during storage. High marketability of heads reaches 100%, making the variety attractive for commercial cultivation.
