KULIKOVSKIY

The Kulikovskiy cabbage head has a round-flat shape and is partially covered by wrapper leaves. When cut, it is whitish in color with a thin internal structure. The outer stalk is short, while the inner one is of medium length. The density of the head is rated at 4.5 out of 5, indicating good compactness and market quality. The head weight varies from 0.9 to 1.8 kg, with a maximum weight reaching 5.4 kg.

The variety is distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities. Marketable yield in various regions reaches from 332 to 870 centners per hectare, which significantly exceeds the indicators of standard varieties. The output of marketable product is 95%, making Kulikovskiy profitable for growing both for sale in markets and for home use and preservation.
