Relay

Relay — a medium-maturing decorative cabbage variety suitable for fresh consumption, dish decoration, interior decoration, and ornamental gardening. The plant, reaching up to 40 cm in height and 45 cm in diameter, forms a densely leafy rosette with long-stalked, drooping leaves. The leaves are entire, round, with strongly fringed edges, green to light-green in color. Yield — 8–10 kg/m². Vitamin C content ranges from 38.72 to 42.24 mg%, sugars 0.68–0.71%, dry matter 8.21–8.80%. The variety is resistant to low temperatures and relatively resistant to bacterial diseases, fusarium, and kale.
