The SAXA cabbage variety is late-maturing and is characterized by uniform crop formation. Plants reach heights up to 70 cm, featuring medium-sized green stalks. The heads are inversely egg-shaped, gray-green in color, with a diameter of 4-5 cm and a weight of 15-20 g, dense, smooth, and well-formed. Up to 85 heads can form on a single plant. The cabbage has a delicate taste with a slight bitterness, giving it a special tang.

The SAXA cabbage is distinguished by high demand for light and moisture, while it tolerates temperature drops well, continuing vegetation even when temperatures drop to -5-8 ºC and brief frosts.
