Skif F1

Skif F1 cabbage is a late hybrid with a vegetative period of about 140-150 days. It forms dense, round heads weighing from 3.5 to 4 kg with thin, tender light-green inner leaves. This cabbage has a small core and is characterized by high resistance to cracking, ensuring fruit preservation during transportation and long-term storage up to 9 months without loss of flavor or appearance.

This hybrid is versatile in use and consumption, with a well-developed root and leaf system that enhances its stress resistance to temperature fluctuations, drought, and pests such as thrips. The cabbage thrives in both open and protected soil, preferring acidic loamy soils rich in organic matter. Seeds are typically sown on seedlings in April in a substrate of soil, sand, and peat, followed by transplanting to open ground at a spacing of 60x70 cm.

Cabbage care includes regular watering every 5-6 days, soil loosening after watering, weed removal, and preventive treatment with copper sulfate to protect against fungal diseases. Fertilization is carried out after the appearance of five fully developed leaves, using mineral fertilizers and organic substances.
