Description
The roots of Carvora carrots have a cylindrical shape, 18-20 cm long and 2-3 cm in diameter. They are distinguished by high uniformity, smooth, even surface with a rich orange-red color. The weight of the fruits is 120-150 g. The flesh of the carrots contains about 15.6 mg of carotene and 8.9% sugar, providing a sweet and juicy taste. The hybrid is resistant to fungal diseases, greening, cracking, and splitting, making it suitable for mechanical harvesting without damage to the roots.
Carvora carrots are widely used for fresh market sales and home cooking. The fruits retain their flavor and nutritional properties after thermal processing and freezing, remaining a source of vitamins and microelements throughout the winter period. The recommended planting density is 1.4-1.8 million seeds per hectare, which contributes to obtaining a stable and high-quality yield.
