Carrot Les Saintes F1 — an early shantane hybrid developed by Seminis (Netherlands), with a vegetative period of 100-105 days from sowing to harvest. This variety is distinguished by high productivity, stress resistance, and low maintenance requirements, making it attractive for cultivation both in open ground and for commercial production. The seeds have high and uniform germination, ensuring even plant development.

The carrots of Les Saintes have a conical shape with a rounded tip, length of 14-17 cm, and diameter of 4-5 cm. The skin is smooth, dense, and a rich dark-orange color. The flesh is characterized by high juiciness, moderate sweetness, crisp texture, and contains a significant amount of vitamins and beneficial microelements. Due to its high uniformity and disease resistance, this hybrid does not produce bolting and is suitable for cultivation on well-lit areas with prepared soil.

Carrot Les Saintes F1 is recommended for early marketing on fresh markets, as well as for storage and processing. The optimal sowing density is 0.6 to 1.3 million seeds per hectare. Crop care includes thinning, weeding, soil loosening, and watering as needed. When harvested later, the crop retains its quality, allowing its use in home cooking and industrial processing.
