The ear contains 14-16 rows of kernels, each row with 26 kernels, and 1000 kernels weigh approximately 305 grams. This hybrid is characterized by high initial growth energy and good cold tolerance, contributing to successful development under various climatic conditions. Delphine exhibits high resistance to major corn diseases, including common rust, stem and ear fusarium, helminthosporiosis, and ear rot, ensuring stable yields. Additionally, the hybrid shows good resistance to lodging, facilitating harvest and reducing losses. Recommended planting density varies depending on soil moisture levels: 85 to 95 thousand plants per hectare in well-watered zones and 70 to 75 thousand in less watered zones. The hybrid Delphine is suitable for cultivation in the Polissia and forest-steppe regions, as well as in areas with varying moisture levels such as Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Volyn, Ternopil, and others. Grain yield potential reaches 12.5 tons per hectare, with actual yields on demonstration plots ranging from 8 to over 10 tons per hectare. Thanks to its tolerance to high planting density and high yields of both grain and silage mass, Delphine is a profitable choice for farmers seeking stable and quality harvests.
