KRAZNOYARSKY 410 MV — this is a mid-late maturing three-row hybrid maize (Zea mays L.) with high yield potential and resistance to several diseases. The hybrid has a strong stalk and powerful root system, ensuring good resistance to overcrowding and allowing its cultivation under various agronomic conditions, including conventional and minimal tillage. The plant reaches a height of 220-250 cm, with an ear attachment height of 100-110 cm, which promotes good growth and ear formation. Kernel type is dent, with a 1000-kernel weight of 320-400 g, and ear kernel count ranging from 610 to 700, ensuring high productivity.

The hybrid is characterized by good cold and drought resistance (8 points each), as well as high resistance to stalk and ear fusarium (9 points). It is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones, including the North Caucasus and Central Chernozem regions, and can be used under irrigation. Recommended for cultivation with medium to high mineral nutrition levels, suitable for monoculture and for silage production. Optimal planting density depends on moisture conditions and ranges from 45,000 to 75,000 plants per hectare.

The hybrid’s vegetation period is approximately 121 days, corresponding to the mid-late maturing group with FAO 410. The plant has leaves with a napieroid shape and a small angle between leaf blade and stem, facilitating efficient photosynthesis. The ear is of medium length and thickness with 16-18 rows of kernels, with kernel color yellow with a yellow-orange hue at the base. The hybrid demonstrates high grain yield — average yield reaches 57 c/ha, and in favorable conditions may exceed 100 c/ha. Grain moisture at harvest is at standard levels, facilitating subsequent processing and storage.
